The hotel was very new and beautifully designed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot springs and the option to visit the nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of food.
The view from our room was disappointing and not what we were expecting based on the online photos. There weren't many options for dining in the area and the hotel's offering was pricey. We found the room amenities to be lacking and expected more for the price.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and there were many different options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the hot springs area, perfect for both kids and adults.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities that fulfilled my exclusive needs. the spa and wellness center was a standout feature, offering a variety of massage options and a relaxing spa lounge. the indoor swimming pool was also a lovely addition, with comfortable lounging chairs and a snack bar for refreshments.
the karaoke room was advertised as an entertainment option, but there was limited availability and required an additional fee.

Although close to a mall under renovation, there is an indoor children's play area. the hot pools area has a bath near the window, and the staff is helpful and friendly. the room was quite comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.
